Tii is a young girl with white hair and green eyes. Her true name is Tifana.
It is revealed that she was born in the Ship Country and was abandoned by her birth parents without being given a name. She received the name Tifana from the ship that carried the country's founders, from whom all other residents (except for Tii) are descended. Because she has no familial ties to anyone else in the country, she was essentially disowned and generally despised by its inhabitants.
After meeting Shizu and Riku, Tii is adopted by Shizu and accompanies him on his journeys.
