yashiro tenshuu

Tenshuu is a romance novelist who was convicted and sentenced to death for the murder of five individuals, including his girlfriend. While awaiting execution, he opts for an alternative to his sentence and unknowingly becomes a test subject in an experiment, along with another former death row inmate named Gondou.

The four people Tenshuu killed had gang-raped his girlfriend. He was also found guilty of her murder, although she had actually taken her own life. Tenshuu was discovered assaulting her lifeless body, hallucinating that she was blaming him for her suicide.
