Tarutaru is the Thunder of Messiah, possessing the ability to cast powerful magic while keeping it hidden from everyone. It remains a mystery which of the four saints resides within her. She is an enigmatic character, with little known about her. Though not much is revealed about her, she is known for making medicine and enjoying testing it on people. While she can create effective medicine comparable to modern Earth medicine, in Celestia, she concocts peculiar medicines using the herbs available. She speaks in a soft or whispering tone and rarely engages in combat.
