Süleyman is the Duke of Tigris in the New Human Empire. He serves as the Acting-Head of the Imperial Secret Council following Mirka's staged death. As part of a conspiracy to assassinate the Empress, he plans to seize the throne after her demise. Süleyman wields the Ring of Solomon, an artifact capable of unleashing lethal energy blasts. Despite his youthful appearance, he is significantly older, having regarded himself as Astharoshe's uncle for centuries and serving the Empire for hundreds of years. Although he harbors disdain for peace between the two races, he ultimately cannot bring himself to murder the Empress.

During his uprising, Süleyman aims the Ring of Solomon at the Empress but deliberately misses, leading to his demise at the hands of Astaroth.
