Appears in "Angel Love Song". Shinji is a musician who aspired to achieve success in Tokyo but eventually ran out of funds. When he declines to reveal his name to Mizuho, she dubs him "Tenshi-kun" as he reminds her of an angel (interestingly, his last name is also "Tenshi"). Even though he carries a guitar with him, Shinji asserts that he does not know how to play it.
