In the Karakuri arc, she and her students are ambushed by automatons commanded by Flavio. Paralyzed by fear initially, she is spurred into action by Tania, an elder Shirogane who reprimands her. She then takes decisive steps to safeguard her students. Despite successfully protecting the children and aiding Narumi and Lucille in defeating Flavio, she sustains severe injuries leading to cardiac arrest. Narumi revives her by making her consume his blood, specifically the "water of life" it contains.
During the Last arc, when Faceless triggers the Zonapha disease globally, Sharon remains unaffected due to having consumed Narumi's blood. Inspired by Tania's final words, she begins assisting people throughout France. By chance, Sharon encounters Masaru and offers him some food. She informs Masaru that Narumi saved her life, which leads Masaru to discover Narumi's survival. Sharon requests Masaru to convey a message to Narumi: "This time, I want you to be saved."
In the anime adaptation, she appears solely in the final act, conversing with Masaru while recalling a flashback about the automaton incident and Narumi saving her.
