Ketsuno Seimei is the current leader of the Ketsuno clan. Known as a prodigy, he is regarded as the most powerful onmyoji in the clan's history. He is also the brother of Ketsuno Christel.
Seimei is disciplined and diligent, yet he shows deep concern and care for his sister, Christel.
Currently, Ketsuno Seimei is dedicated to safeguarding the Bakufu and Edo by predicting disasters and ominous signs. To achieve this, he has deployed over 1000 shikigami throughout Edo, acting as his "eyes." His responsibility involves analyzing the data sent by these shikigami to discern the nation's trajectory and guide the Bakufu's actions accordingly.
