She wears a long blue jacket and has her black hair styled in a bun, though she appears older than her actual age. Her grandfather oversees Bai Lan, a powerful Chinese family. Raised as a traditional Chinese girl, Sei underwent extensive training in the ways of her clan or syndicate. After her grandfather retired from leading the clan, the current members forged a partnership with RAPT to ensure the clan's survival. However, this alliance deeply troubled Sei, and she was coerced into performing various tasks for RAPT under the Bai Lan name. Eventually, following her grandfather's advice to forge her own path, she rebelled against her organization.
