Meg has red-dyed hair, naturally black, and she carries a small revolver, sometimes switching to a large armor-piercing rifle. She dresses in a cowgirl style. Meg is often captured, only to be rescued by Jo, showcasing her dependency on Jo. She and Jo are best friends, with Meg being unwaveringly loyal to Jo alone. There are hints throughout the series and manga that Meg's feelings for Jo might be romantic, although she also shows interest in men, suggesting she may be bisexual. Their first meeting took place in New York City a year before the series begins. Since then, Meg and Jo have worked together as bounty hunters until they were hired by Sei. Meg has a love for food, especially buffets. Originally an orphan in New York City, Meg initially hesitated to involve Jo due to her destructive tendencies. Over time, however, they grew to trust and value each other. After joining Sei's team at Bai-lan, Meg and Jo began supporting each other in missions, with Meg often working undercover to gather information and providing cover fire for Jo.
