Saya is a mysterious woman who often remains unseen by most. She lives next to the Tachibanas and works in the fashion industry. However, this is merely a facade—she subtly manipulates events in Ichika's life to compel her into utilizing the power of the Djinns. Saya has the ability to move freely wherever she wishes, transform her scarf into a lethal scythe or other objects, and continuously monitors Ichika throughout the series. She rigorously enforces rules regarding the activation of the stones: the current holder must be kept entirely unaware of their true nature and purpose, and no one is allowed to interfere with the holder's decision on whether to use the power.
