Childhood friend and Elle's ex-fiancé, he is a professional martial artist. Elle only views him as an older brother who provided her comfort during their younger years. He tends to pit his male fans against anyone Elle might like or have a crush on, which distances her from other men. In Volume 2, Ruo discovers that Kazuki has a younger sister and uses her for revenge by visiting her daily and giving her flowers. He also blackmails Kazuki with money for Kazue's eye surgery, demanding Kazuki leave Elle alone in exchange. Kazue soon realizes it was all a hoax and cancels the operation (and even her relationship with Ruo).
