Rowen, sometimes affectionately called Ro by his friends, is a guardian of Arc Aile and Kuea's pleasure. Occasionally, he assists his senior, Cisqua, in various tasks. Rowen is a young man with blond hair who generally avoids conflict. Unlike the impulsive and flamboyant Cisqua, Rowen is logical, courteous, and considerate towards others. His friends see him as perfect in every endeavor, but he is aware of the challenges that come with trying to achieve perfection while training at Arc Aile.
Rowen seems to be the most ordinary member of the group, possessing practical skills such as cooking, which none of the other members appear to have. Given their constant financial struggles, Rowen often takes on odd jobs to make ends meet. Despite being born into a wealthy family and accustomed to a life of comfort, he joined Arc Aile for reasons unknown. He is depicted as unaccustomed to hard work and outdoor living, showing fear of insects and similar discomforts.
