He seems keen on completing his tasks efficiently, as evidenced by his comment about never enjoying overtime. He expresses envy towards Grell Sutcliff for having an easier job. Ronald also shows a fondness for social events, mentioning he aims to finish work quickly because he has a party to attend. His casual attitude tends to irritate William, yet he assures William that he will put in his best effort. Ronald displays respect by referring to Grell with the senpai honorific. Additionally, he is somewhat of a charmer, revealing that he legally modified his death scythe by flirting with the receptionist.
