Rally maintains a professional demeanor in all her interactions, whether with her own team or other law enforcement officials. Although she has a sense of humor, it remains largely concealed.
There is limited information available about Rally. Her personal records contain many gaps. The stated age is speculative: in the tenth volume of the manga (set in early 2030), she mentions meeting Ganossa Maximillian thirty years ago (around 1999 or 2000) when she was eight. However, in volume 3 (2027), she claims to have been born thirty years prior.
Her private life remains a mystery, including basic details like her residence. It's unclear if she has any romantic relationships. What is known is that Rally has a sister named Rosa, who has aligned herself with the Lucifer Hawk.
Both Rally and Rosa are half-Lucifer Hawk, granting them significant magical abilities, though these powers are rarely displayed. When Rosa was introduced, Rally experienced flashbacks to her childhood involving persecution as "devil's children." Consequently, Rally is often hesitant to use her powers.
Their parents are presumed deceased. A woman resembling Rally, possibly named Lufa, appeared in one episode of the TV series, Mobius Klein, suggesting she might be Rally’s mother. She was part of the old Sorcerers' Guild with Gigelf Liqueur, Avalanche Wong, Genvara Cheng, and others. Her primary magical ability was teleportation.
