Primula is a peculiar and quiet girl often seen carrying a stuffed cat. She ventured into the human world to find Rin, whom she had learned about from Nerine.

It is later revealed that she is the third in a series of artificial life forms created by scientists from both the world of Gods and Demons. The aim was to deepen the understanding of magic and enhance its application. These artificial life forms were engineered with higher levels of magic than any god or demon could naturally possess.

Hence, Primula has more magical power than anyone she meets. However, she doesn't learn to control this power until Rin assists her at a crucial stage in her development.
