A Silicon Creature, PCell serves as one of Davine lu linvega's lieutenants, alongside Schiff and Blon. Unlike many of her kind who exhibit deformed features and an unbalanced appearance, PCell looks almost entirely human. However, she possesses exceptionally high combat capabilities, making her one of the toughest adversaries Killy and Cibo must confront.

There seems to be a history between her and Dhomochevsky, possibly stemming from previous unfriendly encounters or something deeper, adding an intriguing layer to their relationship.
