Cibo is the chief scientist at the Electronic Corporation in the Capitol and joins Killy on his quest to find the Net Terminal Gene. Killy first encounters Cibo in the lower levels of the Corporation, where she has been imprisoned for attempting to access the Net Sphere using an artificially created version of the Net Terminal Gene. Her failed attempt led to the appearance of the Safeguard, which resulted in the destruction of the entire lab facility where she was conducting her experiments. The resulting death and destruction caused the governing body of the Corporation to imprison her.
Cibo's initial form is that of a decaying upper torso of a woman kept alive by machinery inserted into her body. She convinces Killy to take her with him by claiming that he needs her hacking skills to access the files he is searching for. Later, she acquires a human form and, with Killy's help, destroys the Corporation's President.
After the President's destruction, Cibo leaves the Corporation to travel with Killy. He is also exploring the City and is equipped with a GBE, the only weapon capable of breaching the Megastructure.
