Nakoshi's former lover from a distant past. She was unattractive, yet he loved her more deeply than any other woman he had ever known. According to him, she could also see homunculi, though in a different manner than he did. Her drawings revealed a person's true essence; Nakoshi's appeared as a pure white cloud.
She later became known as "Nanami," a promiscuous woman who slept with many men, though she lied to Nakoshi and claimed it was business-related. Like Nakoshi, she had undergone plastic surgery. When Nakoshi looked at her homunculus, it seemed to shift constantly, morphing into faces of people he had met before and even taking on a faceless ghostly form. He theorized that whenever her face changed, she was lying.
