She is Nae's younger twin sister. Six months before the story begins, she started dating Ken. For reasons unknown, Moe had always known that Nae harbored feelings for Ken. After revealing this to Nae, Nae became furious and lashed out at Moe, declaring her hatred. Shortly after, Moe dies in a car accident and becomes the fourth successful L.S.P., or Living Stuffed Person. She is part of a makeshift family, essentially composed of other stolen corpses. Moe is 'married' to another L.S.P., Toshiaki. Together, they have a baby, which was gestated in Moe Ousawa's uterus. This baby has a disturbingly alien appearance, driving Ken to madness when Moe takes him to see it. Later, Ken takes Moe on a date and commits suicide, realizing they could never be together. In the background, the professor behind these inhumane experiments utters two words: good luck.
