A seventeen-year-old tengu named Mitsuru can control wind and electricity. He has aqua-colored hair and a hostile personality. Initially, he is frightened by Mahiru, who is also scared of him. This bothers him, though he tries to hide it. As the series progresses, it becomes clear that he loves her, and Mahiru reciprocates his feelings. Unlike the other members of the Moonlight Bandits, Mitsuru was raised by humans and knows nothing about his clan's weaknesses. He is not accustomed to his transformation abilities. Until he learns to manage his powers, touching Mahiru or being touched by her triggers an involuntary transformation accompanied by uncontrollable anger. Despite being 17 years old, his birth date and place are unknown. His main abilities include controlling wind and lightning, as well as flying.
