This adorable and energetic angel is Kotarou's new neighbor, and her primary interest in life is stalking and glomping Kotarou. She's an apprentice angel in the anime or an unofficial angel in the manga, who speaks like a small child and tries to make everyone around her happy, often making situations worse instead. She is very lively and outgoing around Kotarou; for instance, her first words to him in both versions are "Will you go out with me?!" She is always cheerful and optimistic, maintaining her smile no matter what.
She becomes best friends with Shia when Shia moves into her home. Despite her cheerful demeanor, she has a dark past, revealed in the manga. When she was younger, she met a boy named Kotaroh, who looked like Kotarou and was his descendant. Unlike other humans, Kotaroh could see angels and supernatural beings because he was half-demon (Shia's son). At her sister's insistence, Misha had to return to Heaven, unable to meet Kotaroh again. This caused him great pain, leading him to commit suicide in hopes of meeting Misha in the afterlife.
Misha did not know that Kotaroh was despised in his village due to his ability to see spirits, especially since this allowed him to predict deaths. Because Kotaroh killed himself over her, she was imprisoned in thorns and forced to repent. Years later, her older sister Sasha informed her that Kotaroh would be given another chance and reincarnated as Kotarou, and Misha's task to restore her status as an angel was to make Kotarou happy. She wears black clothes as punishment for her role in Kotaroh's suicide, and now even ordinary humans can see her. Additionally, the manga reveals that she harbors romantic feelings for Kotarou.
