But suddenly, she was involved in a terrible accident, and the shinigami (death god) Sei attached Thanato's Lover, his chain of death, to her wrist! However, she was mistakenly taken and brought back to life, but the chain cannot be removed until the end of her natural lifespan.
Miku loves doing nails and she has quite a talent for it, as evidenced by her schoolmates frequently asking her for help. She even once offered to do Sei's nails, and he reluctantly agreed to let her do one nail. Even when she went to visit Jun, she made sure to bring her nail kit along.
