Michelo was the pilot of Neo Italy's Neros Gundam and formerly the boss of a mob organization. He resided on Earth rather than in the colonies. Michelo is known for being the first fighter to challenge Domon Kasshu. After losing to Domon by just one shot, Michelo was arrested. Later in Neo Hong Kong, thanks to Wong and Master Asia, Michelo was allowed to resume fighting despite his initial disqualification at the start of the series. During the final round, Michelo plots to defeat the members of the Shuffle alliance. First, he plans attacks on each member, then disables the barrier that protects the audience during George de Sand's duel with Gentle Chapman. He faces Domon again and loses once more. In the Battle Royale, it is revealed that Michelo sold his soul to the Devil Gundam in order to kill Domon Kasshu. During this event, he pilots a new Gundam, the Soaring Raven Gundam, and tries to prevent Domon from reaching the Dark Gundam. However, Domon escapes. Michelo is eventually killed by Argo Gulskii and Sai Saici, who nearly lose their lives alongside him.
