Severin's blood warrior is a silent young girl with long black hair. She was once killed by Severin and then revived to serve as his blood warrior. Her relationship with Severin appears complex. Like Hiro, she is a human blood warrior but has enhanced combat abilities due to a parasitic bio-weapon implanted in her head, granting her powers similar to those of a Witchblade.

Micasa is under the control of the Fly Man, joining him in an effort to save her terminally ill younger sister. Following the Fly Man's suggestion, she later becomes Sylvia's blood warrior.
