Maam is the daughter of Leyla and Loca, the priestess and warrior who aided Avan in his initial battle against Hadlar. Trained by Avan, Maam excelled in healing spells (Hoimi) but struggled to master any offensive magic. After her tutelage, Avan gifted her a magical gun capable of firing spells, compensating for her shortcomings in other types of magic—areas where Pop thrived. Upon the destruction of her gun, Maam chose to switch classes to fighter and temporarily departed from the group to train under Brokeena, known as the God of Martial Arts. Under Brokeena's guidance, Maam mastered one of her ultimate techniques: the refractor fist, an attack that mimics the excessive use of Hoimi, causing the opponent’s body to deteriorate. As the series progresses, Maam receives a transforming armor weapon from Lon Berk, significantly boosting the destructive power of her techniques.
