Luc holds the True Wind Rune and is an apprentice under Leknaat. Originally from Harmonia, he was involved in an incident at the One Temple about a decade before the Dunan Unification War. He participated in both the Gate Rune Wars and the Dunan Unification War on Leknaat's orders, though he did so reluctantly. However, when facing Sasarai, a Harmonian High Priest, Luc displayed unusual enthusiasm, causing the Harmonian forces to retreat.
After the Dunan Unification War, Luc grew concerned about the future he foresaw through the True Wind Rune and became frustrated with his destiny as a vessel for True Runes. He believed that this would lead to complete balance (Dharma) and a lifeless world. To prevent this, he decided to destroy his True Rune. For this, he enlisted Albert Silverberg, a renowned strategist who helped recruit Yuber the Black Knight, and Sarah, a powerful magician whom Luc had previously rescued from the Circle Palace in Crystal Valley. Albert knew that destroying a True Rune required control over multiple other True Runes, particularly the elemental ones.
To carry out his plan, Luc became a bishop in Harmonia, concealing his identity with a mask. To draw the bearers of other True Elemental Runes into the open, he initiated rumors about the Fire Bringer being active in the Grasslands. Then, he orchestrated a war by having Sarah, disguised as Chris Lightfellow of the Zexen Knights, attack the Lizard Clan. The death of Chief Zepon enraged the Lizard Clan, leading them to ambush the Zexen Knights and sparking an all-out war in the Grasslands. This conflict allowed Luc access to the bearers of the True Fire, Water, Earth, and Lightning Runes, which he stole using techniques learned in Harmonia. However, the Fire Bringer, led by the Flame Champion, defeated him at the Ceremonial Site, thwarting his plans.
Realizing the futility of his actions, Luc reconciled with his mentor Leknaat, whom he had betrayed. But it was too late for him. He died alongside Sarah, and his soul found eternal rest. - KoRnholio, Suikosource.
