Lowe is your ace Junk Tech crew member. He's the one who discovered both the Red Frame and the Blue Frame Astray Gundams. After losing the Blue Frame to the leader of the Serpent Tail mercenaries, Lowe continued using the Red Frame Astray unit.

He loves building and creating new weapons for his Red Frame Astray unit. Additionally, he enjoys studying and training in swordsmanship. Lowe believes that machines have feelings too. He also holds the belief that both Coordinators and Naturals can live together in peace.
