The main protagonist in Letter Bee is a young boy with an unwavering focus, no matter the circumstances, always prioritizing the delivery of his package. He wields a special gun known as the Shin Ganjuu, which translates to "heart bullet gun." This weapon uses a "fragment of heart" as ammunition, which he fires at targets, seemingly able to guide the shot's direction. As a child, he was delivered by the letter bee Gauche Suede and was inspired by him to pursue the same path. He is on a quest to find his mother, who was abducted and taken to the country's capital. His left eye is crafted from red spirit amber, enhancing his ability to use the Shin Ganjuu effectively. His companion, Dingo, is Niche, a girl he rescued from a Gaichuu (armored insect).
