Kamisama, nicknamed "God," is a homeless old man dedicated to reviving ten-pin bowling as a major sport in Japan. Possessing the power of foresight, he can predict future events before they happen.

Kamisama and his friend lure Kenji to the riverbank, where Kamisama warns him about the importance of saving the future. Later in the series, Kamisama amasses great wealth by using his foresight to excel in the stock market, becoming the first Japanese civilian to travel into space. It is later revealed that he is the businessman who evicted Kenji and his friends from their secret base to construct a bowling alley.
