She is renowned for her "flip the chessboard" mentality, which has influenced Battler significantly. Prior to Rudolf's marriage to his first wife, Asumu, Kyrie had been dating Rudolf and envied Asumu for marrying him. Both were pregnant at the same time; however, Kyrie's child was thought to have been stillborn when Asumu gave birth to Battler. With Rudolf as her accomplice, she is the true mastermind behind the Rokkenjima murders. After the siblings solved the epitaph and discovered the gold, Natsuhi was accidentally killed by Eva. Similarly, Krauss met his end at the hands of Hideyoshi. The tension escalated due to Rosa's plan to send Eva to jail and keep the gold, leading Kyrie to decide on eliminating everyone on the island to secure the 1 billion yen cash card for herself and Rudolf. Alongside Rudolf, she killed George, Kumasawa, Genji, Gohda, Maria, and Jessica, leaving Battler, Eva, Beatrice, Rudolf, and herself as the only survivors on Rokkenjima. Eva, having just killed Rudolf and seeking vengeance for Hideyoshi and George, ultimately kills Kyrie. Before dying, Kyrie tells Eva that with Rudolf dead, their connection no longer exists, and she doesn't care about Ange. She expresses relief, stating that Rudolf was incompetent and hopes to find new love and start a new life with her wealth.
