He is the creator of Noah's Ark Circus and is referred to as Father by the top-tier performers. Except for his left eye, his entire face is covered with bandages. He appears to have a deep affection for children but uses his circus as a means to kidnap them. He then brainwashes them and makes them serve him as performers. However, he shows no concern for their welfare and even finds it entertaining to watch them die in gruesome accidents during performances without proper training. He knew Ciel as a young boy and recreates the room where Ciel was branded and caged as a child. He is infatuated with Ciel, blushing and saying it feels like a dream to have Ciel beside him. It is suggested that his infatuation with Ciel may be the reason he kidnaps children. When he first met Ciel, he thought he was too ugly and underwent numerous surgeries to change his appearance for Ciel, only to feel it was all wasted when he heard the Phantomhive family was killed. He is eventually killed by Ciel, and his mansion is burned down by Sebastian.
