Kazuharu is a sleazy pervert who openly engages in sexual harassment whenever he gets the chance. He has a strong attraction to the girls who spend time with Yukinari and will do anything to take them away from him for his twisted little games. Besides that, he tends to appear out of nowhere and tries to manipulate situations to his advantage. Despite all this, he has a close relationship with Tomoka, often being referred to as her big brother.

He is incredibly wealthy, living in an extravagant mansion with his sister and all-female staff. One peculiar aspect of Kazuharu is that he breaks out in rashes when he gets too close to men, making him the complete opposite of Yukinari.
