Kahlua is a serene and endlessly patient young woman. Throughout GAII, she never elevates her voice, even when vexed. Her slow speech might give the impression of being scatterbrained, but she is remarkably intelligent and observant.
Due to a mental block, Kahlua cannot fully utilize her magical abilities, yet she delights in experimenting and concocting new potions in her specially equipped lab aboard the Luxiole. Unfortunately, whenever Kazuya is around, accidents tend to occur (mostly because Kazuya makes errors). Despite the potentially hazardous nature of her experiments, Kahlua exhibits nerves of steel, as evidenced by her nonchalant descriptions of possible outcomes if Kazuya made a mistake during an experiment.
Like most of the Angels, Kahlua speaks politely and appends the honorific '-san' to almost everyone she addresses.
Ranpha Franboise, who has an interest in magic (and is also an amateur fortune teller), holds Kahlua in high regard. This occasionally causes Kahlua some unease, as she would prefer not to be reminded of just how potent her magic can be.
