Initially, she felt jealous of Ran's potential but later found herself falling in love with Ran. She exhibits a stubborn, exuberant, delusional, and challenging personality, often frustrating her manager, Saeki. Despite this, she demonstrates a strong work ethic, ensuring her career remains uncompromised by her personal life, a trait admired by Ran. Julia sees herself as a lecherous wolf who must keep her distance from Ran to avoid confessing or acting on her feelings. However, she is later shocked to realize, much to no one else's surprise, that she is quite incompetent when it comes to doing anything with or to Ran. She reflects that she is more submissive between the two. She is both the president and sole member of the "We love love love Ran-Ran Fan Club." Julia experiences intense nosebleeds whenever Ran does something cute, when she has perverted thoughts, or when Ran touches her. This issue leads her to briefly consider seeking medical help to stop her nose from bleeding so profusely. By the end of the series, Julia is no longer sixteen years old but is turning eighteen. She cuts her hair short and continues working diligently as an idol. Julia and Ran eventually establish a steady relationship, but despite growing up, Julia remains ever the idiot.
