She is a producer in Hollywood. She was in love with Akira when he was alive, and she coerced him into having sex with her by threatening to withhold his role in one of her movies. She attempts the same manipulation with Ryu Eba, but Ryu resists her advances. She is convinced that Ryu Eba is her son and is so infatuated with Akira that she drugs Ryu #1, intending to sexually assault him. Additionally, she makes an attempt on Yuniko's life. In the final volume, it is disclosed that Ryu Gilliams is actually Goldie's son.
