Minegishi Go is a middle-aged man who attended Hitomi's offline meeting, being the oldest member of the group. Despite his considerable wealth, which allows him to take the group to his private island on his own boat, he feels deeply unhappy and expresses a desire to end his life. This despair stems from losing his wife, who left him and took their son, Makoto, with her. Minegishi believes he has lost his family forever. However, after Tatsuhiro and the group decide against suicide, Minegishi is eventually reunited with his son, Makoto, giving him a chance to start anew.
