Mr. Gaku is a salesman for a company called Kronos Heaven, which specializes in creating highly realistic robots, or "figures," for various purposes. Despite his usual professional and practical demeanor, Gaku often isn't taken seriously and is frequently mistaken for a cosplayer due to his unusual style of dress. Every character refers to him as the "shady salesman." When Riiko can't return Night or pay the bill for him, Gaku allows her to keep him so that Night can gather data on how to become a better lover for use in future models. Whenever there is an issue with Night, Gaku is the one who fixes him. Gaku has a sweet tooth, especially enjoying ice cream sundaes.
