Fuu was a kunoichi from Takigakure and the jinchuuriki of Choumei, the Seven-Tails. Akatsuki captured and sealed Choumei, leading to her death when the tailed beast was extracted.
Upon her reincarnation, it appears that Choumei has been resealed within Fuu.
