The youngest train conductor for the Flying Pussyfoot, he shares with Miria and Isaac the chilling tale of the feared "Rail-Tracer," a story involving a savage creature that makes passengers on a train vanish one by one. He appears to be the only one aware of how to halt the Rail Tracer... It is later uncovered that he was brought up with the Gandor brothers and is regarded as part of their family, also being the aforementioned Rail Tracer. During his youth, he lived and performed in a circus, which endowed him with the acrobatic skills and superhuman strength he utilizes in his career. He operates as an assassin under the alias 'Vino' (he's called Vino because he utterly devastates his targets, making them appear as though they've been soaked in wine; "Vino means wine in Italian"). The director of Daily Days has mentioned he needs to kill in such a brutal way to truly believe his victims are dead. Upon their first encounter, he proposes to Chane, asking her to carve her response into the roof of the Flying Pussyfoot and promising to find her again. He does so later, in the OVA, and suggests they start as friends, vowing that he'll make her fall in love with him.
