cid

Cid is one of Ley's early companions, seeking revenge against his father's murderer, the notorious Jager tribe. He encounters Ley shortly after Ley escapes from the slave traders, who are part of the Jager tribe. Together, they team up to rescue the other slaves, including Sean. With Ley's help, Cid and the rest of the slaves manage to escape the cave and gain their freedom. Cid becomes convinced that Ley is the child of prophecy he had heard about, due to Ley's actions. Thus, Cid, Ley, and Sean set out together.
