A young girl confined to Hiyamakai Hospital, owned by Higa Izumi, due to an aggressive and incurable virus. The medication she takes merely slows the virus's progression but offers no cure. She openly loves her Sekirei, Uzume, profoundly. Having lost her parents at a young age and feeling lonely ever since, Chiho finds purpose and meaning in life through Uzume. She feels ashamed that her illness prevents her from being the Ashikabi Uzume deserves.
Unaware of Higa's manipulation, which forces Uzume into criminal activities to protect her, Chiho remains oblivious as per Uzume's insistence. Their relationship began when Uzume was fleeing M.B.I., and they quickly built trust. Uzume visited Chiho daily, dressed in various costumes, eventually leading Chiho to become her Ashikabi.
