She is characterized as honest yet flexible. She shows respect to those of strength while handling weaker individuals more strictly. However, she maintains politeness during interviews. Despite holding powers that rank among the top in Gensokyo, she refrains from using them merely for show. This trait isn't exclusive to her but is common among tengu. She resides on a mountain where the wind consistently blows at a steady speed and direction. She enjoys gossiping and frequently gathers information exchanged with fellow tengu. During these exchanges, information often becomes distorted, leading to exaggerated stories. She is the foremost connoisseur of rumors about the girls of Gensokyo among the tengu. Through personal observation and collecting data from colleagues, she rarely stops acquiring material. However, much of this material is intertwined with rumor. She compiles her non-periodical newspaper, Bunbunmaru News, and distributes it among the tengu. It's a newspaper filled with rumors. As the current disaster unfolded, the tengu were thrilled.
