Arata Ichikawa is known as the 'Perverted Prince,' a 15-year-old boy who is Honda Takara's half-brother. He has a reputation as a playboy, frequently engaging in sexual activities with girls and using violence for entertainment. The only distinguishing physical feature that sets him apart from Takara is his blue eyes. His mother was a foreigner, which explains his blue eyes, while his father is Japanese. Arata's mother was involved in an affair with Takara's father, even though his wife was pregnant at the time. This led to her being left behind before she realized she was carrying Arata. Arata and Takara bear a striking resemblance to their father, sharing similar hair and facial features, which makes Arata's grandfather despise him as he does not wish to see reminders of Takara's father. However, Arata starts to realize and express his feelings of love towards Hikaru Wakamiya. In an extra part of the story, Arata and Hikaru attempt to have sex, but Arata is unable to, saying, "I'll do it with you when I become a man." Following this, Hikaru mentions having an amazing dream where she and Arata get married and have a child together. The extra ends with a picture showing Hikaru with Arata in bed, holding their child.
