Wait a second, so he's redrawing the volumes?

Technically, that's great. People in Japan who happen to buy DOGS releases instead of Ultra Jump are getting a lot more. Backgrounds, for instance.

Shit, I know it would take forever, but maybe it wouldn't be such a bad thing if the scanlators waited a bit and took the tankoubon chapters instead of the Ultra Jumps ones for translating. The level of quality is staggering.

But of course, getting some assistants so he doesn't have redraw them in the first place would be the ideal...

What is with this page? It just bugs me... how much empty space there is.This is pretty typical though.

Once again I wish this manga came out more frequently. :|

Yeah, I know. I should be used to it by now I guess, lol.

Since it's monthly, I wish the chapters were at least a little longer. /siiigh

They told me it was from the actual tankōbon... I think I had a heart attack.

I feel like this is going a little bit slow. Still nice with a new chapter, though. ;o

Kind of disappointed. With a whole month, you'd expect less white space. And like someone else said, Heine's fight isn't going anywhere jsut yet.

After all chapters, the blank spaces still bothers me. I know that drawing in such style is difficult, but does mangaka has no helpers? They could fill the gaps with a background or whatever.

i actually loved it, we got to see Badou again and find out hes still alive, then we got introduced to heines and hs brothers fight, and naotos fight is still underway.

Dogs: Bullets & Carnage's main problem is:

The mangaka spends too much redrawing all the volumes

Just look at this:

Even more:

And it's hard to believe these are actually both the same spread:

Redrawing all that stuff also contributes to the many breaks Dogs goes on. In short, Miwa Shirow is a lazy, procrastinating bastard.

WHAT THE HECK. I didn't even know this was going on. That is just ridiculous. GET SOME ASSISTANTS, MAN.

It's still the prettiest comic I ever did see, but I think it's time for these fights to wrap up. Or it may just seem that way with the long wait inbetween releases.
