I kneel Inoue-Sensei, I kneel! This Volume number 28 has been an absolut banger of a Volume, holy moly that character moments and development, the deep dive into Otsu's and Matahatchi's feelings!

Matahatchi redemption Arc just started! I salute you for slowly getting your shit together Matahatchi, just don't fuck it all up again!

Otsu you MUST go into the offense and tell Musashi straight up to his face that you want to be his women, or else he is never gonna get it lol

I think now we are going back to the present where Musashi woke up, lets see how it goes.

honestly the only thing holding me back was matahachi, i always wondered how he'd develop throughout the story after he keeps kicking his own feet over and over. this chapter saw his bravado crumble allowing his true feelings to flood out on a landscape of nostalgia. deep down despite the despicable attitude he's showcased through this series so far-- he's a good guy.

Yeah man salute for Matahachi.

Matahachi takes one big step in his path to redeeming himself, but he still has a long way to go. Wonder if Otsu will finally go ont he offensive.

With the exception of the ordeal Musashi is going through, the highlight of volume 28 has been Matahachi. Fantastic development for the guy, and I can only hope he's making a change for the better.

Despite all of his asshole behaviour I just can't dislike Matahachi.
