We actually got to see the entire fight basically, which I thought was really cool.



Reminds me of Berserk,
when Guts took down 100 men. The entire battle wasn't shown there, however.

Bow down to Musashi. Farewell to the Yoshioka clan.

Just wow! What a finally chapter to this madness of an Arc!

The fight has ended and Musashi killed all 70 of them and took the Yoshioka down!

The Yoshioka no more...!

The Ueda flashbacks in the last chapters were beautiful!

It got spooky when he was leaving the battle field and Ueda grabbed him o.O

And Akemi made an important appearance!!! She tried to assassinate wounded Musashi, but it wasn't enough and she knew it! But she delivers a strong line "I was Yoshioka Seijuros woman"! That line did hit Musashi, who bandaged himself up and sits all alone in the snow, in the core....No friends, no company and no woman...He imagines Otsu.....The woman he loves.....

Kojiro is finally able to write Miyamoto Musashi's name right!

Musashi himself sees his next aim......It's Koijiro! And thus the road to Miyamoto Musashi vs. Sasaki Kojiro is officially opened!

Again wow what a brilliant chapter to finish this greatness of an Arc off!!! I am taking my hat off Inoue-Sensei! This Arc was absloutely brilliant! From arriving in Kyoto and fighting Seijuro to fighting Denshichiro to 70vs1! The characterization that all the characters got was truly peak! Simple small flashbacks were able to get me emotional....! This manga truly hits different!

Second Yoshioka arc 10/10

I am absolutely hyped for what comes next! Even though Musashi wants to go fight Kojiro next it won't be easy because his body is completely destroyed and he needs to get himself fixed! Hoping for Otsu to finally make a real encounter with Musashi although we saw her say that she can't be near him......

Hype for the next Arc!

I'm confused on how akemi sees seijuro because at chapter 182 she questions why her mother wants her to marry into the yoshioka family and some part there she says "mother why can't you see things for what they really are" After seijuro said "perhaps you could drown him (musashi) with your many charms make him lose his edge" and after seijurou said that akemi made an expression of shock I guess? And now here in chapter 242 she says that shes seijuros woman but why make that expression back then tho it's as if she was faking loving him or not cause she did try to avenge him and even committed suicide.



Anyways great chapter.

Wow this was fuckin GREAT. This whole arc starting from the Seijuro fight till the end of this battle was just insane.



My boy Takezo pulled a Guts and took down a whole fuckin army by himself, and then that bitch Akemi appears and delivers the RKO OUTTA NOWHERE goddammit.

Wow, and so ends the 70 but at the end ouch although it'll take more than that to finish off Musashi.

This was so fucking great.

WHAT A BLOODY BITCH. FUCK IT.



That aside, yet my favorite volume. Ueda's story was kinda touching and I loved how they faked being dead to strike a fatal strike to Musashi, yet Musashi killed 70 of them, fucking mindblowing fight. Inoue outbested himself here.

Awesome, really awesome. Did I say it was awesome?



Now I'm guessing someone will aid dead-Musashi somehow.

                So, Musashi took down 70 Yoshioka? I think the term 'one-man army' seems apt! I can't wait for Musashi to square up to Kojiro some time in the future!

The Seijuro wife did best work that the 70 men!!! kekeke

I hope the rumors spread so that other swordsmen will fear him. And also become great.

Epic. The fight with Kojiro would be even more epic though.
