Powerfull ending! Amazing how Inoue made this group of samurai so interesting even tough they only appeared for such a short time.

All in all the Kojiro Arc was long (8 Volumes?), but damn we saw all of it. From the moment Jisai took him in, up an till the moment of  him becoming a monster of a warrior.

I give the Kojiro Arc an 8,5/10, probably my 2 or 3 most liked arc out of the 6 we had so far.

I am f'ing ready to see Musashi back at it!

Kojiro looks so innocent sometimes but he is a monster.  Koun should have win the battle.

I kinda want the story to still focus on Kojiro but if we go back to see how Musashi is doing or maybe Takezo during the war then I guess that wouldn't be so bad either.

What a great arc. It's better than I could have remembered. Kojiro's whole development felt like the true origin of this manga, while Takezo's/Musashi's felt like additional background information for Kojiro. I'm glad that Kojiro is having fun, but he's realizing all too well what the end result is after finally killing off a friend he made through the sword. Didn't expect him to cry over Koun, but they really did speak to each other through the sword.

Wow. The story with Koun's group and their battle with Kojiro was amazing. Easily my favorite part of this manga, along with Musashi's rematch with Inshun, and the Musashi-Baiken fight. Although I knew it was inevitable that these guys were going to die, it didn't make it any less painful to watch them go one by one. Inoue did a great job developing them, even more so considering they were around only for a short time. My one question is whether or not Shinjiro survived. He kind of slumped over at the end, so...

For now, it looks like the story is getting back to Musashi.

Wow their entire group dying was tragic and unfortunately inevitable. It’s interesting how Kojiro can appear as a psycho and innocent at the same time.
