Akira Chapter 22 Discussion

I am reading according to the 120 format but it's broken a bit because it converted the 38 back to 120. 



I am around that part where after Tetsuo came with Colonel and being test; Kay got teleportation powers somehow and manage to escape with Kaneda after attacking Tetsuo for no reason explained to us. So, even nothing have been answered yet. We do see Tetsuo have begin to show interest in this project to achieve more abilities which makes his character much more interesting than the movie version. But I am still waiting for the answer. 

A lot of question but little to zero answers.
