Hayate no Gotoku! Chapter 423 Discussion

Annnd here it comes. The Drama. One of the many reasons I love this series so much.

I'm impressed. It is not everyday a main heroine has this much self-doubt and -realization.

This chapter was actually good, I liked it.



I hope though this means that FINALLY Nagi gets some character development, it seems every time she seems to mature as person, she almost instantly goes back to how she was in the next chapter.



Still hopes this ends soon though.

nagi does have a reason to be pressurized and to fell sad. a large part of the previous chapters focus on hayate's promise to never leave nagi. even a-tan could not change his mind. then what is there in ruka that makes hayate forget all about his promise and his mistress? i do feel that hayate has started ignoring nagi and that it is genuine for nagi to be discouraged and want to quit

but despite all, making ruka win and showing hayate marry ruka should not be the conclusion.

Reality seeps in for our little blonde loli.
