                        Misato X Kaji in this chapter. Plus we see the giant wings at the center of Second Impact. Also development between Shinji and Rei there at the end, albeit briefly. Hopefully the next chapter shows what happens after Rei invites him in. Should be interesting.

The opening panels were pretty dreamlike. Possible foreshadowing about the dummy plug?

Anw, good to see a bit of back story on Misato, and the Second Impact as well.

Excited to read more Rei x Shinji moments.

I really hope Shinji realizes the identity of Rei before anything whack happens

We got some Misato backstory, as well as Rei having a "vision" of EVA and dummy plugs. Is that storyline starting up? Or is it just some foreshadowing? Lol at Asuka interrupting Kaji and Misato. Interesting that Rei invited Shinji into her room.

i like that Rei gets more development in this version (though the ReiShin stuff is, uh... awkward)
